I loved this book! This had become one of my favorite middle grade reads. The entire time I was reading I just wanted to know what was gonna happen next. I loved the magical aspects and how while this book was told in Micah's POV, it through in a couple others to help you better understand. I like how even this is a middle grade, it can be enjoyed by all ages. It was funny, sad, and everything in between.
All in all I just loved this book! I'm so glad I decided to pick this up.

You have to believe it to see it. So is this story really fantasy? Hmmm...

I read this book to my class of 4th graders and they absolutely loved it. Many checked out the same book at the library to read along with me. The story was well-written an moved at a fast pace. The fantasy elements were easy to visualize based on the authors description. I cannot wait to read more by this author and already own her second book.

In this charming fantasy, Micah Tuttle goes in search of the mythical Circus Mirandus to help fulfill his dying grandfather's request for a miracle. I'm not sure if this will have huge kid appeal, but it's just my sort of book. See my full review here.
