Looks like trouble for Tony & Cassandra

Ouch. Why are my favorite ships always so complicated? I've loved the Tony/Cassandra stories in Big Finish's Dark Shadows "dramatized readings". The witch and the private detective solving occult crimes while snarking at each other -- what's not to like? They're limited to only the two of them and maybe one or two guests, so the banter crackles between them. This one is set in a small British town with its own mysterious cult and they're drawn into investigating the disappearance of a missing maid. No one is who they seemed and everything goes wrong... as it does in Dark Shadows form.

Where it goes wrong for me is ironically Tony & Cassandra's relationship. I almost wish they'd left it at "will they, won't they". I *hate* resets. With a fiery passion. I know they need to leave Angelique in a certain place... but *sighs*.
