Umm.... shit. Things got so intense in the last few chapters of the volume. I'm actually so upset that my library doesn't have the tenth volume that I can immediately get into. I feel like it's been a while since I've read this series, so coming back into this world and remembering the events from the last volume took a minute for me. I really love Coco and the rest of the witches. Seeing how sad and heavy Coco feels in these last few volumes truly does break my heart. I don't want her to lose her lightness and excitement for magic and life. I love that Richeh made the rings for everyone to find each other whenever they are separated. I also loved seeing the spells that Tetia and Coco made, as well as Master Olly's. I wasn't expecting the backstory for one of the knights, that talked about sexual harassment and assault but I really loved how it was done. I also think this is one of the few times I've see a content warning in a manga (the only other time was in Blue Period), which was really get. I wasn't expecting Custas to look as he does and I'm honestly really sad. He seems so angry and I feel like he is just being manipulated by the brimmed hats and that they will discard him just as quickly.

I don't know what to expect of Tetia finding the prince who wants to become a witch. I'm a bit nervous he will stumble onto the witches' secret. I also have no idea of Coco and Tartah are going to free themselves against their restraints and if Custas is too far gone to be separated from the brimmed hats. I've said this before but this series is able to be dark in a way that is both unexpected but very fitting for the story. I hope to see more of Agott in the next volume and more about where she's at mentally. I really adore this series and lately have been very excited for the anime adaptation to be released some point in the future.

需要查的單字有漸漸減少了
但許多句子反覆看還是看不懂
仍然是我的英文日漫收藏當中最難的一部Orz

是說這部似乎是三、四十本的格局啊
都第九集了世界觀仍然持續發散中
劇情也沒有收束的跡象
好擔心被腰斬啊...

This series just keeps getting better. I love the story building. The characters are so relatable and I can't help but to cheer for them all. This is a series that keeps me on the edge of my seat reading it and I LOVE IT!

I need volume 10, yesterday!
