This was a great volume. Hopefully we will finally figure out who Toby is.

Madara's ultimate weapon, the end of the Edo tensei and Itachi's memories as well as Tobi's weakness and the surprise of his real identity.

Lots of goodbyes on this one, including Dan's to Tsunade and Itachi's final, long-awaited and heart-breaking goodbye to his little brother. Itachi is and will remain one of my very favorite characters ever.

Naruto has Kurama on his side now and he's getting more awesome by the minute!

All the fighting...

Maybe 3.5?

The scene where Itachi says goodbye to Sasuke was sweet, I loved that, and so was Tsunade and Dan's reunion, and the final chapters with the battle between Naruto, Kakashi & co and the soon-to-be-revealed masked guy really got me going, but... I don't think I feel strongly enough about it to give it 4 stars. Oh well.

And Madara is ridiculously powerful lmao give them gokage a break.

Oh, and one final thing I loved: Kurama finally got his own square in the characters section!

The war is heating up and getting intense!! The Kage are struggling to win against Madara. Kakashi may have just figured out who the mysterious Tobi may be. Sasuke finally learns the real truth behind what his brother did back in the day. Also the return of an old enemy!!

I hated this episode. It started with being extremely extremely melodramatic with all those hip talk of Tsuchikaga and Dan-Tsunade meeting . But then it changed and changed so well. Be it the revival of Orochimaro or the Tobi-Kakashi and co arc. We were this close , this close to the great reveal ; my tear glads were almost almost leaking and Naruto needs to barge in. I think Kakashi's arc is the next best post Konan-Nagato-Yahiko's arc. Excited :))

Finally, I've reached the last 10 volumes of the series and this volume gives me the impression that the labour of reading through this series might have actually been worth it.
