A fleeting, relatable story about how it feels to be 19- which, looking back a decade and a half later, is a terrible age. The art is fantastic, I love the dreamy style.

I enjoyed the slice-of-life look at 2009 New York City, but I wish there had been a little bit more plot.

It’s honestly a bit sad. A tough situation and you can feel for everyone; a trio is a hard group number.

Thoughts while reading:
Oof this is tough. I’m a little over 50% and it’s sad because you can totally undertstanf the frustration of Dani when she knows she’s left out of convos, jokes, and is becoming a third wheel between one of your oldest friends and someone you introduced them to. For Zoe: she’s trying to play the middle but I personally don’t think doing a good job. For Fiona: idk she seems kinda brutal. Very much her own, which I love, but idk like she thinks she’s better than Dani?

Good advice from the lady at the fountain: protect your energy. weed out the people that dismiss or belittle you.

Hey go Vandy lol

I’m super confused? Did we go back in time? Why do they have long hair and look different and are in a different location all of the sudden?

Oh I get now… I guess?
