Adjusted to C.S. Lewis’ writing style so this book was more enjoyable than the first one.

Even tho I love reading all this new ya books and they are fun and all but sometimes I miss to read some classic children books that makes you feel like a child again. And this book is perfect example of that. It just brings back memories when my dad would read or tell us stories before going to bed.

"Once a King in Narnia, always a King in Narnia. But don't go trying to use the same route twice. Indeed, don't try to get there at all. It'll happen when you're not looking for it."

is there a better time to read this book than Christmas time? I do not think so. I've been waiting to read The Chronicles of Narnia for so long, I grew up watching the movies and cried with Aslan's sacrifice, fell in love with Caspian (ben barnes, I am looking at you). I decided to read them in the old order (published order) bc I feel like that's the one I will like (also I do really wanted to read this one first and Caspian second so there's that).

It took me less than a day to read this one (this is the second book I finish today) it was such a quick and nice read, cannot wait to read the rest, let us hope I do not fall into fantasy slump (again).

I was listening to Young God by Halsey & Champion by Barns Courtney
