A book about racism, which shines a light on the shameful proof that this country isn't all too ethically advanced. Tough read, it makes you find answers to questions you don't want to ask.

Very interesting and important information on how race impacts a child's development. I enjoyed the times when she would talk about her experiences with her children, being young black boys and how assumptikns shape how the world sees them and how they see themselves.
