3 1/2 stars if I could. A pretty good story about a doomed love affair, the author takes it a bit farther than most of the stories like this (i.e. you get to see how it all ends). A quick and easy read, enjoyable.

I was very disappointed with this book.
It was a great premise for a story, however I feel that with the jump forward 20 years in the story, we lost the characters that had been developed at the start.
