The hype of this book was so worth it.  The art was stunning, the plot was entertaining, and the characters were lovable.  I absolutely adored this book, it gave great autumn vibes.  It was so cozy and wholesome but also intense and suspenseful at parts.  10/10 will definitely read again.

Loved the Deaf representation! It was part of the character's experience but not their defining characteristic.

This was such a warm story, written with heart and beautifully drawn. The main romance was sweet and healthy. I think the grandmothers were my favorite part, I want to be that kind of wholesome-but-feisty when I'm their age.

I'd have given this five stars except for some cliches, but they were all in good fun. I loved the experience and would definitely recommend it for YA readers who want to see Queer, Nonbinary, and/or Deaf representation!

This was cute. I like the art style a lot. I really liked the casual queer and disability rep. Overall it was a bit simple though.

This might sound mean but I donā€™t mean it in a bad way, it felt very much like something I wouldā€™ve made when I was 13-14 if I had any amount of talent or dedication (which I didnā€™t lol). Idk how to explain it just the characters (mainly Tam) and plot felt like something I wouldā€™ve made at that point in my life. So I suppose it could be good for people in that age rage maybe, or nostalgic if youā€™re an artist who relates to that as well.

The little blob creatures with the mushrooms growing out of them were my favorite. They were so cute.
Especially the one flipping off Mrs Crawford at the end. That killed me

Just a really fun, quick graphic novel read. The main relationship is really adorable and the witchy elements are really fun and cool. I love the relationship between Nova and her parents and I would die for the grandmas. While pretty low stakes, I still was really rooting for Nova and Tam. I also adored the casual nonbinary, deaf, and queer rep. The art is also just so nice to look at. Honestly this book has cozy Scooby Doo vibes in the best way possible
