Short Christmas novella (43 pages). I found it too insta-love, which I guess is par with the length. However, in my opinion, the biggest drawback was the fade to black scenes. Otherwise, it was a cute novella between a Parisian and an Aussie tourist.

Sweet holiday short

Adorable holiday short with romance aplenty and a HEA. Set in Paris with a French and Aussie MC. Devoured it in one sitting.

I enjoyed this. I hadn’t read the other books prior to this, and I didn’t find that to be a problem. Yes, other characters are referenced or are present, but the story of Paul and Jacob was sweet. I loved watching them meet and find a way to stay together.

The book was well written. I thought the characters were interesting and well fleshed out. The story was set in France. I don't remember how I got this book, but probably a free site where I clicked on the front page because I liked the title or the artwork on the front cover and didn't bother to read the blurb. I don't normally read same sex romance, but I left a review as I am sure that I said I would when I got the book via a free site or review site.
