Liked it. My kind of quick, clean, easy reading mystery.

I like MHC. She always carries you away. This book was gripping, but it also made me feel sad. Some answers are hard to come by and some questions may never be answered. I liked the mystery, but the second family simply makes me sad.

Better than the books of the '80s, but not as good as the last MHC installment we read. Killer once again explains everything to intended victim and guy shows up at last minute to save female heroine, per usual.

I thought I would enjoy this book more than I did. It was great and suspenseful in the beginning but took forever with little plot advancement to get to the end. Also, the end was so abrupt that it came out of nowhere, and with the slow pace of the book seemed very weirdly placed.

This book has been on my TBR shelf for 30 years! I'd read several of Clark's books before. This one was satisfying, but I felt she tied it all up a little too quickly at the end.

I picked a lot of 12 MHC books on eBay the other day for the sake of nostalgia and this was my first pass at them. As someone who devoured these books after stealing them from my older sisters room at 12, I was rudely awakened over a decade later by Clark's lack of editing and consistent issue of plot holes in her narratives. Nonetheless, I'll Be Seeing You is a great mystery, with a cheesy love interest, 80's centric regalia, multiple competing storylines and mysteries and an epic and unlikely ending: the makings of a NYT best-seller in the 80's-90's and a great walk down memory lane in 2019.
