I bought and read this book when it was released in 1993. I was 12 years old, it was the first grown up fiction I read.

Intriguing plot but the book could've been better! You know it's one of the books which isn't worth remembering?

Set in Connecticut, mainly.
This book has everything I love in a book: romance and mystery. I love mysteries and this is one of those books that I was fooled from the beginning just like the other characters were. I fell in love with the characters and the story line. I know it's a good book when I get into the story line and when I'm not reading the book, I'm thinking about it as If it was my own life and my own situations. The book was very good with descriptions as well.

So it was good. It was not my favorite book by Mary Higgins Clark but definetly not the wrost. I loved the differents characters and the facts about in vitro. I didn't saw the end coming (well not every part...)
