Tak jo, u toho čtyři a půl asi zůstanu. Pořád je to boží díl, tolik akce, zvratů, a hlavně ten konec! Jo, vždycky mi to vyrazí dech.

Richelle Mead has left me speechless once again. I have no idea where to begin.

Well I guess I'll start with my growing love for Adrian. He just keeps getting better and better. I was glad that Rose kept her promise and started a relationship with him. He is great to her and cares about her so much.

But.... they just felt wrong! Simply put, he's not Dimitri. Rose and Dimitri are meant to be. They fought so hard for their relationship and they deserve to be together.

I'm really afraid to say anything else. If I do, I'll probably end up spoiling the book. I need to find someone else who's read it to discuss to with me!

I will say this. Mead keeps the laughs, tears, action, and mayhem coming in this one. And the ending! What a (excuse my language) fucking twist! I just stared at the book for so long, completely unable to form a coherent thought. Another wonderful book from Mead!

Fuck. I planned on writing an intelligible review, but all I can think to say is fuck. Fuck. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. Fuck. FUCK. Hopefully I will write an actual review later, when the shock from the ending of this book dies down and I can form coherent thoughts about it.

The writing has drastically improved and the story line is speeding up again. Some serious plot twists too.

Things certainly took a turn at the end of this book. I honestly wasn't expecting that, but that's what makes this series so entertaining. I can't wait to see how things will end, but I also don't want to leave the characters. I've grown so attached to them— especially to Rose.

A very "meh" (if still very engaging) installment... hopefully leading up to an awesome book #6. I just expected more. The ending especially needed some editing -- I felt a lot of the emotional stuff with the series' main male love interest was circular and redundant. Also (and I'm going to try to say this without providing any spoilers), is it weird if I didn't really like that main male love interest throughout the first few books? He's very Angel-from-"Buffy"... kind of that bland devoted man-god-puppy-dog that's somehow too perfect to be interesting. And I only like him now because Rose pushes such fond memories of their time together that have a "retro-ed" feel to them.

Anyway. I've started book #6 already.
