“And yet, to say the truth, reason and love keep little company together nowadays.” means to tell you the truth, logic and love rarely go hand in hand these days. Love hasn’t been making much sense at all

Genuinely delightful and hilarious. I was giggling out loud every few pages.

I have to start reading more of Shakespeare’s comedies because this was just a delight! I loved the dual storylines and how they were woven together to cause hilarious havoc. I felt myself smiling so much as I read this and the play at the end, with the character’s commentary, was just the cherry on top!

The drama is so addictive that any spare time I had I was reading this play. However, the plot is kinda non-existent as it's literally just a story about misuse of a love potion with too many characters than necessary, but the more the merrier I guess as the characters were quite funny.
I would really like to watch this play in the future because I found it really entertaining and quite a comforting escape to the fantasy land between the woods filled with faries, elves, kings, and queens and Athens where lovers can live out their happily ever after.
