personally did not care for part 2/the business section, but overall very comprehensive. the examples provided were also interesting enough to keep me reading, and they explained the underlying theory well.
again, i personally just wasn’t interested in the second part lol. i feel like there’s something ethically wrong with some of these these businesses using their knowledge on habits to manipulate consumers, but i don’t really know how to explain it lmao don’t come for me
