*only took me a long time to finish when life got in the way*

Wow, I 100% understand the love for this book! What a beautiful way to digest the grieving process through these characters' stories. I loved GUP and those kids so much, I am tempted to write Steven Rowley and ask him to give me an update on them.

Hmmm. I wanted to love this. I really, really did. There were moments that were so funny and tender. But there were some odd parts and the storyline was kind of scattered for a bit. So I don't know....I give it three stars.
