This volume shows what we are gearing up towards and how powerful these demons that they’re messing with are. And of course Tanjiro gets threatened by his swords smith for throwing away his sword

Oh this volume hurts to read. It features the first major death in the manga, and while this one isn’t the worst of the deaths featured in Demon Slayer, it might be the e most touching. Akaza is a very complex Kizuki, and while he might be hated at the moment, his character development is truly the best in the series. Tanjiro getting to meet Kyōjurō's family was a great addition to the story, and I love this volume for everything it adds and takes away from us.
