Not one of the best Clark books that I've read because it didn't quite have the suspense I was expecting, but it had an amazing twist at the end and I was pleased with the ending. She is definitely writing about the modern day worries of identity theft in the world we live in.

Bought this while on vacation on Lanzarote, read the entirety of this book and then left it at a bookshelf in the hotel. It was fine, but not worth taking home with me to be honest.

The character's motivations really left me scratching my head. A nice quick read though.

Typical MHC mystery. I enjoy her books but they are very formulaic. A breezy read.

I would have given this book four stars, but I really didn't like how quickly it was all wrapped up. The storyline was great and very suspenseful with multiple smaller story lines tying into the larger story and then suddenly it was like "Then this happened and that happened and then this was said and then a bit later everyone was this. The end" It seemed like suddenly they reached the page quota and tried to end the entire story in a chapter. Up until that point though, I really enjoyed it!

Child kidnapped. Father guilty. Motivation not really convincing. Not believable.
