I’ve finally finished the bridgerton series.

I liked Gregory’s story - enjoying the mystery/drama element in the last 2 books.

I’m gonna read happily ever after cause I’m a chronic completionist and then I’ll be DONE. Finally.

WOW was gregory’s book WILD!!! i liked the innocence of the beginning and the DRAMA at the end!! it wasn’t like the other bridgerton books and i enjoyed that sm!!

2nd half of this book was way better than the first half!

This book broke my heart and put it back together over and over. I devoured this book in one day and I fell in love with the characters so quickly. I loved how their relationship began and how they managed to overcome their hardships - if not in the most conventional nor effective way - and I just thought that they were so adorable, Lucy especially. Despite my hesitancy with some of the series I am so sad that it's over.

Okay, well I thought Hyacinth's story was "unbelievable" and then Quinn went and took it a step further. The mind-reading scenes? Really? XD
And naming a side character Hermione Watson just. I couldn't get over it. It threw me out of the story every single time I read it. XD

By the end though, I'd come around. It did feel that Gregory got more of an introspective look in the second half. I like that Quinn decided to
Spoilersubvert the "love at first sight" trope.

It feels good to finish the series. The (first) epilogue was a bit... quick. But fun, in its way; and I think it fit Gregory and Lucy's personalities - kind of light and witty and to the point. And this copy doesn't have the "second epilogue" so, ironically, I will have to grab a copy of [b:The Bridgertons: Happily Ever After|11867860|The Bridgertons Happily Ever After (Bridgertons, #1.5-8.5; 8.6)|Julia Quinn|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1357765619l/11867860._SX50_.jpg|16825022] just to read the second epilogue of the last book. But I'm in no rush.
