Welp, I did it! A 6 month endeavor that I never would have started if not for the wonderful Roslyn acting as narrator for the audiobooks! Big kudos to her wonderful voice getting me through most of the first book and helping me out later when I would hit a rut.
To be truthful, i was like 10 pages in sometime in December, but I truly started on the 3rd.
Of the Bridgerton boys, I do believe Gregory’s story was my favorite (once you got through the first half of the book and then the chaos REALLY ensued)(fret not, Anthony’s still holds a place in my heart as I do adore Kate beyond belief!)
Are the prequels and whatnot on my radar? Maybe! I do believe I’ve described these books as “Predictable and (sort of) comforting… like a Hallmark movie, but only if the kiss at the end of the movie was replaced with a sex scene in the middle.” Easy reads and you know what happens at the end, though this one had a whole 3/4 crisis thatade it the most interesting/absurd of them all.
