I have loved this series. The first 2 books kept me on the tips of my toes, almost overflowing with action.
However, this last one just didn’t have the same oomph as the rest.
I loved the characters, but the big plot twist fell a tiny bit flat.
Overall, though, an excellent series, an excellent amount of steam, and enough going on to keep you busy for days.

Reign by Siobhan Davis is the third book in the The Sainthood – Boys of Lowell High. I would argue it could be the last book but there is a fourth book that is 10 years later after this one. This book also kept the reverse harem trope and including some male-on-male action in this one. It was nice to see the change in the dynamic and watch these characters learn how to adjust to their own urges and how it affected the group. There is a trigger of rape in this book as well.
This book is about bringing down Neo “Sinner” Lennox and his corrupted board member of the Sainthood and trying to keep Harlow, the main female character and her men, Theo, Caz, Saint, and Galen safe. They do this first off by getting married which makes the dynamic of their relationship only stronger and more possessive. Then they make alliances with different federal and secret organizations and surprisingly allies. This results in Sinner eventually being taken down and the boys and Harlow living out their life wishes.
One thing I really liked about this book was there was a lot of plot twists. Some of them I was so completely shocked especially one involving Saint. You never could guess what was going to happen later in the story. This was the main thing that kept me intrigued in the book. This to me was the hardest book to finish out of the whole series. I struggled to stay interested and considered not finishing it around 60%. I kept on purely just to see what happened. The plot twist with Saint was the main thing that I was like “Oh Sh**” and had to know what happened. The beginning was hard to get through because it was just a lot of sex (not a bad thing) or them just trying to put pieces together later on for a plan just to crumple. It just wasn’t as interesting to me like the other books.
One thing I really disliked about this book was during some of the sex scenes they would change the wording up and it would just make it hard to stay focused on what was going on. It would just derail the whole thought process of the book and scene.
This book gets 3 stars out of 5 stars. It wasn’t written poorly, and it only had one editing issue. It went along with the plot for the other books and like I stated before it had a lot of plot twists. I would have given it 2 stars, but the ending was a lot better than I planned on it being.

Overall Grade: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The Sainthood series is complete with Siobhan Davis’s Reign. And it is a wild, wild ride. Siobhan Davis is one of those authors who throws everything at you in her stories, and it keeps you grabbed in its grasp. Page after page of action, violence, $ex, and intrigue draw you in deeper to this story. If you’ve been reading the trilogy, thankfully, you get respite from the constant terror of Sinner. However, before you get that respite, Davis treats you to an edge-of-your-seat erotic thriller that results in the happy ending perfect for Harlow, Saint, Galen, Caz, and Theo. Every moment of this book burrows deep and makes you hold your breath, hoping they will all make it out in the end. This is Davis’s superpower: her ability to invest you in stories that seem awful and violent. You ache for the torment of her characters, but it drives you forward. Even more, the men of her stories seem so difficult to love until they are. The Saint, Galen, Caz, and Theo of book one of this series ARE NOT the men of book 3, and this is only possible with a strong, insightful, careful heroine such as Harlow. Her ability to stand toe-to-toe with them ameliorates Davis’s heroes, and it’s glorious.

Look, you might not think bully romance or romance with a dark side is your thing, but you can trust that Siobhan Davis will engage you in her Sainthood series. When you are done, you will feel as though you’ve run a marathon, but the bliss at the end will make the journey satisfying. If you like romance with an edge, grab Siobhan Davis’s Reign. Make sure you’ve read the first two books, though.

Reign by Siobhan Davis is a dark enemies-to-lovers reverse harem romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Ramona Master and Wen Ross. This is the third and final book in The Sainthood Boys of Lowell High series.

I absolutely loved this series! Siobhan did an amazing job pulling me into this story and I never wanted it to end. She did an amazing job wrapping up the series. I loved the chemistry between Harlow, Saint, Galen, Caz, and Theo. I really enjoyed getting each of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Ramon and Wen did an amazing job on the narration. They both know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the near future.

I would highly recommend this series if you love dark romance, enemies-to-lovers, reverse harems, or romantic suspense.

This was the perfect booked in the series. There were so many plot twist so many things happen that I did not see coming and so many times I just was like oh my gosh what is happening. I loved watching Caz and Theo‘s relationship grow and finally seen the harem become a strong front. They were part of this book that I was confused with politics wise but whenever politics comes up in books and there’s different groups of people conspiring against each other I just get confused because it’s just a lot of information for my little brain. I think she explains it well it’s just I need to have it written out better and dots connected and drawn because I get lost. I’m still not quite sure about the motive for sinner but honestly it doesn’t really matter as long as I have my happily ever after. I really enjoyed this book I really liked the guys in this book I loved Harlow. I do recommend this reverse harem and I’m excited to read the novella to see how the characters have grown after 12 years and started their life together.
