There are several things that need polishing with regards to the lore. For example, they should make it a legal obligation for Deckers to have some clear indicator that they are Deckers, for the benefit of the public. Or as utilitarian as it sounds, illegalise Deckers from leaving their houses. Also, most if not all of the deaths described were self-fulfilling prophecies, which is kind of…

Those aside, feels like there’s a ton of untapped potential with the concept of the Death-Cast which I’d be really interested to see explored in more depth. 

Also personal nitpick, but not too big a fan of the

it's very interesting how the story plays out, you don't except most of the plot, the only REALLY predictable thing is the ending, for obvious reasons.

This book was really sweet, and I enjoyed reading it. The ending was a bit underwhelming, but it matched real life and made me think about life in a really beautiful way. 
The book offered an intersection of escapism—with a scifi style premise—and an ordinary slice-of-life story.

This book is definitely dark and handles a lot of potentially triggering topics very honestly. Because of the perspective shifts, you hear some really dark thoughts in different characters’ minds.

What an incredible read. Character development that gets you hooked into their short lives. A real tear jerker that had me crying through its final pages. As the title says, they both die at the end and the beautiful writing truly makes you feel as though you’re grieving real people. An incredible read.
