Archer is so freaking hot! Elle and Archer are the best together!! So much sniping and sarcastic quips. They each think the other isn't interested but they both are! It's hilarious to watch.

OMG I'm so happy Elle and Archer got their story!!! Their tension from the other books finally gets an explanation. I knew they would be explosive and this definitely did not disappoint. Elle and Archer have a history together, but it has never been explained. They just spend all of their time going head to head in these crazy arguments. Seeing both sides of their story will make you realize they're perfect for each other. I almost expected Archer to be more of a jerk, but he's got a secret heart of gold. Elle has a crazy past that comes back to haunt her. They have their moments when you want to smack them when they do something stupid, but they are characters to love. I wish I could be a part of this group of friends. Their love and support of each other is fantastic. I love the world that is being built and this is definitely now one of my favorite, must-read series.
I received a copy of this story for review. This does not change my opinion.

Another great read from Jill Shalvis in the Heartbreaker Bay series. Elle has worked hard to put her past behind her but with Archer, the man who saved her, everywhere she looks she feels stuck. Archer doesn't regret losing his police career over helping Elle but he wishes he could still see the little girl he saved because the woman she's grown in to is too much of a temptation. As Elle tries to find happiness and Archer sabotages every date these two seem to have more have fun fighting find that the sparks really begin to fly. I loved the dynamic between them, how neither were really ready to lose their hearts, but in they end they couldn't deny their connection. Great read!

Again, my main issue with this Jill Shalvis is that it is the last book in the series. I honestly hate it when her series end. You are getting to know all of the characters and the location and BAM!!!! You realize that this lovely fictional neighborhood and the characters is no more.

Elle has some pretty simple priories in life - her friends, her career, and very importantly, SHOES!!!! Elle had a hard start to life and while she tries to keep that hidden from everyone; Archer knew Elle before she was a responsible adult. And this bothers her a lot more than it should.

Archer had been a police officer when he made a decision that saved Elle but in the long run cost him his career. Elle has believed that she is why he left the police force. Yet, Archer left the police force because he felt it was the best decision for him. He is now the owner of a very elite private security firm. And his office is in the same building that Elle manages.

Every time, Archer and Elle are in the same room, everyone else can feel and see the sparks that flash between these two. But Elle refuses to see the sparks and that her perfect mate is actually Archer. Archer thinks that no male she dates is good enough nor will they ever be good enough for her. So he decides to make her see that he is the perfect man for her and the fun begins.

Clear your calendar and make sure to put up a do not disturb sign. Stock up on your favorite beverage and some good chocolate prior to settling in to read this book. You will love it!

Once again, Jill Shalvis does not disappoint. I love her ability to write characters who are both strong and guarded, yet vulnerable and easy-going. Her heroes are completely alpha but confident enough to appreciate an independent heroine.

Right off the bat you can feel the sexual tension between Elle and Archer, but it's also pretty clear that they are both very stubborn and there is going to be some push and pull between them. Despite the constant back and forth that was frustrating at times, their snarky banter and ridiculous chemistry was so on point that it was easy to get past and you'll fall in love with them pretty quickly.

One of my favorite things about a Jill Shalvis series is how connected you feel to the entire cast of characters. You become so invested in each of the secondary characters that you can't help but think you are a part of the group, which just gets you even more excited to see which characters story will be next.

Accidentally on Purpose was sexy, snarky, sweet and even has a touch of suspense. If you've read and loved Jill Shalvis before you won't be disappointed. If you haven't, this would be a great series to start with.

My favorite of the three so far, and the one I was looking forward to the most. My only eh is the marriage proposal at the end. I love happily ever afters, but sometimes the marriage proposal comes too fast for me.
