Life is like a hastily made croquembouche, you never know when you’re going to fall apart.
When I first saw this novel I was intrigued by the beautiful cover and immediately borrowed it from my local library. Hazell deals with themes of familial roles, female friendship, and just wanting more than one thought she did. Just like our titular Piglet, this book had me hungry and on the edge of my seat until the end. Overall, a solid debut novel!
