El autor es PhD de psicología, claro, porque todo el método consiste en imaginar un cerdo interior que convive con nosotros y que es el responsable de todos los atracones, y transferirle los pensamientos negativos. "Aggresively separating your thin self from your fat-thinking-alter-ego". No hay consejos de dieta, solo "todo pensamiento malo es el cerdo y debes ignorarlo". Poco más, la verdad, en un libro que preveía más útil. Además el autor espamea sus otros libros.

Effective but a bit repetitive
Saying that this book is simply telling people to "just stop" is an oversimplification. While at its core the Never Binge Again method is to just stop that is always going to be the case. There will never be a magical cure to your food issues.
What this book does do is give a new perspective and way to conquer impulsivity that can be applied to many areas of life. It provides a mental toolkit for overcoming problems and I highly recommend it (four stars due to repetitiveness, which I guess is to reinforce the ideas).
