Maybe we are ignorant, redneck trailer trash after all.

Witches, trailer park, bullies, addiction, debts, a price for all decisions, unrequited love, what makes family, betrayal - and that’s just scratching the surface.

This book was fantastic. The authors have done an amazing job of balancing all the elements with just a hint of unsteadiness so you think you know where it’s heading, but do you?

A dark and twisted version of a ‘now and then’ mixed with elements from ‘the craft’.

The pop cultural references, the beautiful writing, especially when the topic is dark were some of my favourite parts.

I can’t wait to see what happens next in the trailer park witches world.

I loved this book. This is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been looking for. Witches, hexes, spell books, no dumbass man getting in the way.  I cannot recommend this enough. And I very much look forward to the next one!

“Consider this your initiation. See, if you’re going to be witches— real witches— you’re going to need to look out for each other. When you’re a coven, you’re more than friends. More than family. You stand up for each other. Help each other. If one of you does something, it’s on you all. You live and you die, together.”

This really reminded me classic witchy movies from the 80s-90s. A group of girls embrace magic to improve their lives in the trailer park, but magic comes with a price. I'm so excited that this is going to be a series.

I really loved this book.
An entire cast of female and female presenting characters.

This books hits all the notes of The Craft and My best Friends exorcism.

Written in two POV by main characters, the old coven of witches and the new.
I loved how the characters voices stood out as different.

This is a dark horror/fantasy story. Can't wait for book two!
