Up until the very end of this book I was convinced I wasn’t going to read the second one. But the twists at the end were enough to intrigue me into finding out what happens.
This series feels a little like a daytime soap opera where the acting is subpar, the storyline is somewhat cliché, but then the producers throw a twist in at the end of the episode so you have no choice but to watch the next one to see how it ends.

I was about to rate it 3 but the ending made it a 4/5 🌟 read. Short, punchy, lots of twists!

I picked this book up, just wanting a quick, easy read, but it ended up surprising me. I didn’t think a short thriller could be this good. The story felt complex without being predictable. I’m glad it’s a series because I’ll definitely be reading the next one.

My goodness this book was wild! I assumed this book was about a couple making an arrangement to have an open marriage which it was but there was so much more! Murder, deception, lies, betrayal and so much more! I feel like the more I read the more dark and twisted this couple was both lying to each other and plotting with different motives! I can’t wait to finish the series!
