Maybe I'm just confused, but I am very rarely someone who would find a plot hole or feel like something in a book doesn't make sense, yet this one fell flat for me because so many of the "twists" simply didn't add up. I also feel like the entire concept is INSANE and we didn't spend nearly enough time unpacking how on earth they got to that point. The first 50% felt like a cheating fetish book for me, but it did become a thriller and was fast-paced and short enough that even the boring sections went by quickly. Overall, I would recommend this book to someone who is looking for a messy marriage saga where EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER. is a bad person. It would get you out of a slump and be a quick read.
