This was a great short story with an HFN ending instead of HEA. It was well written, and I loved Tyler & Gray. I'd love to see this as a full-length novel where we could get to know them both better and see an HEA for them.

This was a sweet, funny, steamy and just a bit kinky. If you're looking for a refreshing short story with a HFN ending than The Neighbourly Thing may be what you want.

Quick funny read about an inexperienced model-hot nerd and his teacher neighbour who introduces him to Playing with Toys 101. Perfect hot read for a few hours under the sun!

the only bad thing about this was that it’s too short. i needed a full length book.

I've read this "mixed up sex toy delivery" plot device before and this is one of the better ones. And hotter. From the slight voyeurism of listening through the walls to Gray discovering how to have the best orgasm of his life (and immediately after doing so he runs downstairs to tell Tyler). Would love to read more.

Also I apparently noted "So this is Canadian sex?" on this quote "I want you to suck me off. You've got these perfect lips. But I don't want you to think I'm making you. If you said no, that would be okay."
