Devastating, beautiful, funny, raw, kind, angry, honest. Pure love, pure grief. Feels like a privilege to read.

This book was heartbreakingly touching with a bit of humor. Rob Delaney was great in "Catastrophe" and is just as good of a writer. He shares his experience caring for his baby son through a fatal brain tumor. I cried more than once, but really appreciated his perspective on such a personal journey. Super short/quick read.

I have been wanting to read this book since it came out. I'm a fan of Rob Delaney's since watching Catastrophe. I get his humor...but it's his heart, honesty and earnestness that made it a difficult book to get through. I read and listened to this and usually I have a preference for each book but this one was just hard no matter what. He cuts deep with his experiences and thoughts. His family has experienced a horrible thing and nothing will make that better. I hope by channeling Henry's life will help him and his family.
