Cute. Wholesome. Intimate. Found family. I am feelings. Yes it was cheesy in bits but I don’t care. I’m a puddly mess.

TWs: parental abandonment, addiction, adoption, foster care

Really liked - The story kept me fully engaged from start to end even though the plot was predictable.

A romance with heart and spirit where the sexy times were not overdone like a lot of the romances I have been reading lately. This is the first romance book where I actually saw a real diverse ensemble of characters that had a purpose in the story, rather than being the sidekick fill in characters. I was just as involved with the side characters as I was with Chloe and Warren.

Favourite Quote
"I’m peace to you?” I ask. He nods, pulling his lips into his mouth with a creased brow. “Well, you’re my home."

Favourite scene
"I kept every key from my life before. Eight keys to eight different homes." Chloe explaining all her keys and then reduces to having one key for the home she now has with Warren.
