If you love clcssic vampire tales, with a touch of the modern, you're going to love this one. I was given a free copy of this audio book in exchange for an honest review. I really enjoyed this one. It has that hint of Anne Rice and that Gothic Elegance, with that touch of modern that makes it astory you can't put down until it ends. And, it's just a nice great ride. Barren's writing and Jill Kotu's narration worked well together to make a great story. I would love to see more from this author, and narrator.

Vanilla Blood: A Novella
tells the story of Livia and Lucien. Livia always dreamt of going to Europe together with her brother, but everything changed when her brother died. She struggled with suicide but still decided to go to Europe. In Europe she meets Lucien and then her entire world changes completely…

Vanilla Blood: A Novella was such a fast-paced vampire book! I really liked the story because it was really quick and easy and it didn’t take me long to finish the book. Sometimes I really need a good short book and Vanilla Blood: A Novella was the perfect book for me!

I really liked the story and the characters, there were some plot twists that were great too! I really enjoyed reading Vanilla Blood: A Novella and I cannot wait to read more written by S.L. Baron!
