In this second short story collection of 10 tales from various slayers in settings that span 980 Japan to 2001 Sunnydale, we get a range of diverse, dynamic female characters. I enjoyed some much more than others and particularly liked the stories that wove other popular literary references or real world history in with the lawyer mythology.

the christmas carol short story was the best surprise ever
