While I loved the premise of this book, it just took too long to develop. The slow pace totally turned me off. Towards the middle I started to regain interest but at the same time I started to get annoyed by the characters.

I have a love/hate relationship with the thriller genre, but I ended up just loving One Of The Girls by author Lucy Clarke. There are six different protagonists, but Clarke masterfully creates each character's distinct voice so did not have trouble keeping them apart...a frequent struggle for me when there is a large cast of characters.

The setting, alternating viewpoints, and the page turning storyline hooked me immediately and I couldn't wait to pick it up again each night. After having a hard time getting into my last few reads, this was just the book I needed on my summer reading list! I highly recommend this read and can't wait to see what Clarke comes up with next!

Such a great read for vacation! I had so much fun with this book and at almost every end of a pov I kept thinking „tell me what her secret is or what has she done?“ And then the next pov of another character started, so I had the same feelings again and again. Such a turbulent rollercoaster ride

This was a quick read. The twists were fun keeping me guessing who was the victim right up until the end. I enjoyed the character development and the piecemealing of information. It was a page turner for sure.

Amazing, incredible, flawless, well written. I randomly stumbled on this author in a tik tok and once I read this, I had to read all of her books immediately. This books settings was incredible vivid and only enhanced the already complex plot. I flew through this book in one night and still constantly think about it. The characters?? So intriguing. The plot? Outstanding. The perfect mystery as it wasn’t too complex but it was exciting and extremely well written. This author can do no wrong! If she wrote a book about her left foot I would probably read it

Really enjoyed this one, with unexpected twists. Some foreshadowing that seems to point one way, but the story goes another. Believable characters.
