This was my first foray into geopolitical thrillers. This one had engaging aeronautical engineering elements that had me excited about recommending it to my young adult students. I endured the offensive language but could not go beyond the descriptive brothel scene. Since I can’t recommend it to anyone based on that sort of content, I couldn’t give it a higher rating.

Pretty good book. It has been awhile since I have read any from the Battle Group series so this was a nice one to get back to. I haven't been reading the series in order so some of the background references might ruin it for me when I go back and read others. Overall I still enjoyed it.
