Intense, Sexy, and deliciously twisted. This book was so hot and steamy the pages melted as I read, but it was so much more with Alina’s journey of self-discovery in something she craves. Alina finds herself wanting so much more out of her life in the bedroom, but when her boyfriend dumps her and shames her, she walks away. When a chance meeting as a gift from her friends has her meeting Nas, she is of course amazed by him, yet he introduces her to so much more. The journey that Nas takes Alina on is one that leaves the reader gasping and dying for more, but for as much as she enjoys this new lifestyle, she still craves the intimacy of emotions that Nas doesn’t seem to possess. Nas is a writer and his personal life is on that is hot and full of mystery. This was another amazing read by Mr. Greer and the parallels or tie ins we see form his Therapist book in this one made me so happy because you can never go wrong with Malcolm.

OBSESSED!! If I didn't have to work, I would have consumed it in one sitting.
Many avoid this book because it was written by a male author, but that is the reason why I chose this book. W.S. Greer DID NOT LET ME DOWN!
As per usual, I went in blind and only knew that it was a BDSM novel.
Kingdom follows a FMC whose life is flipped upside down when she has the chance to meet her favorite author.
I loved every aspect of this story and was thoroughly impressed with how much research was done to provide a more complete version of the Lifestyle. The topics may not be for everyone, so tread lightly, but for those that enjoy to dip their toes into darkness, Kingdom needs to be added to your TBR.
Happy Reading

Please read the full trigger warning list; but you can expect bondage, CNC, knife play, breath play among other BDSM descriptions.

So….. where do I even start… I laughed, I fangirled, I screamed, I damn near threw my iPad. Very mixed emotions going into this. However, the smut was pretty good. I don’t think I could get into CNC, however 🤷🏾‍♀️. This made me not so scared to want to read romances from male authors 😅❤️

This was my first 5-star read of 2023, and I loved it. This book was full of kinks of all kinds. I actually learned a few terms and different things. I love that Nathan finally realizes how much of an ass he's being and how he apologizes to everyone and is still successful. I love that his PA leaves his manuscript on her doorstep because she actually wanted them to be together. I love her friends and I wish I had friends that actually supported me like they do her. I love that she lets him publish the book describing all the scenes that they did together. Overall this was a book of trust and communication. I cannot wait to read more books by this author.

DNFd at 15% when the FMC chose to wear dark purple tennis shoes to meet her favourite smutty romance author, which was approved of by her fashion columnist friend. It's petty but it completely took me out of it and I got vibes that she wouldn't be written well for the rest of the book.

I saw the author on BookTok trying to make his case as a male romance writer and I thought I’d give it a shot. One chance. Well, Mister Greer. You’ve got yourself a new super fan! Nas is so hot. Like mega hot. Like take me now Daddy. Anyway, let me wipe that drool away. The D/s dynamic was handled so well and I love how the author took time to really explain the real concept of a Dom. Not just the naughty bits, but caring for his sub in every piece of her life. It’s brilliant and beautiful and painfully sexy

This book was very good. It give a realistic and not fantasized depiction of the lifestyle that we need more of. WS Greer's ability to keep it spicy while still taking us through a real storyline and plot needs to be recognized because it's rare these days. Definitely read this one

So first and foremost if BDSM isn’t your thing I’d move along. I do not condone kink shamming of any kind.
