Rating and review only for Siobhan Carroll's The War of Light and Shadow, in Five Dishes.
Interesting premise, and I always welcome the combination of culinary experience with the SFF worldbuilding. However, the ending was too abrupt with off-screen explanation, leaving me barely satiated. Might need a reread.
