I always wondered if Michelle would be swayed by people championing her take office and reconsider to run for president in 2020. She spells it out clearly as to why that will never happen. These pages are filled with her heartwarming, protective spirit. Such an intimate read from a beautiful, consistently inspirational woman.

I loved the audiobook, narrated by the author. She artfully struck a balance between being honest and being diplomatic about race, womanhood, motherhood, politics, and more. I cried when she shared her miscarriage story. I loved learning about her young life, and the surreal experience of living in the White House. Her autobiography made me respect her even more.
