I loved book one and disliked book two, so I almost skipped this one, but it redeemed the trilogy.
funny hopeful inspiring fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Complicated
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Wow, this was a great read- humorous, very well paced, nicely written, with a fantastic perspective into not only the diagnosis of autism but also the therapies that are recommended. Who needs to be “fixed” and why- it’s an intriguing question and one which I ask myself regularly (relevant to my work). Highly recommend this.

Definitely worth finishing out this series. Don and Rosie’s lovable son Hudson is the perfect character to bring this series to a satisfying and heart warming conclusion ❤️

I read the first book for school and I wanted to keep reading the other ones. I didn’t love the books, but I sure enjoyed them

I was putting off reading Graeme Simsion's third Don Tillman book for quite a while. I remember enjoying The Rosie Project quite a bit, but the second book - The Rosie Effect - wasn't my cup of tea. So I didn't know what to expect from the third one. The one thing I didn't expect was to be quite bored. The story happens more than a decade after the second book, and Don is facing some interesting challenges as a father. His son, of course, is quite similar to him in his behavior and experiences with friends or at school. So Don sets out to make things better for him to avoid repeating the pattern of his own childhood. The main storyline or message is, however, structured around autism or people on the spectrum. And somewhere in the background, Rosie is battling her own challenges as a mother in academia, trying to juggle her career and family life. Overall, the book speaks about important issues, but I wanted to be entertained. And that is the one thing this book does not deliver. This time around, it's already quite predictable, and I don't think I even chuckled once. It was just more of the same typical Don.

Loved it.

The final installment of Graeme Simison’s bestselling trilogy. The Rosie Result further follows Rosie, Don, and now their eleven year old son, Hudson. Rosie and Don fight to support their son as he struggles in school. As the school pressures them to get Hudson tested for autism, Rosie and Don develop “The Hudson Project” as a way to help Hudson develop the necessary life skills needed to adjust to school, home, and life.

Highly recommended for anyone having read the first two in the series and even if you haven’t it reads great as a stand alone novel.
