Sticky Note Review @ the (book) supplier http://thebooksupplier.com/2017/09/07/the-julian-chapter-sticky-note-reviews/

One of my favorite themes in reading is character development. This was a great ending to read after Wonder. Now I need to check out the other stories within this series.

This was a very good book! I liked hearing the bully's side of the story and to see if Julian and Auggust made up.

Thank you for this warm side of wonder

My biggest gripe is that the Julian Chapter had more in common with the trite ending of Wonder than the poignant and enticing beginning. With that said, it was a great companion piece to read aloud to my middle schoolers. They're working on having empathy for different perspectives, especially those who hurt them, and this chapter was a great resource and talking point!.

At first when I was reading the beginning part of the book all I was thinking was "WTH JULIAN, THATS JUST PLAIN MEAN!" and "OH MY FREAKING GOD HIS PARENTS ARE SO FRUSTRATING, AUGGIE DID NOTHING TO YOU!"

Then in the after part, it hit me. I don't think I could ever forgive Julian, and while it didn't happen and never will, I have to say that the note he sent him made me tear up a little, and the Grandma's story just added to the factor of him starting over.

It might not be perfect, and I still might really dislike Julian, but I am glad I read this.
