This is an amazing book both for young activists, as well as though just thinking about what they want to do with their lives a this point.

The subtitle sort of says it all. How to live your best life. This is not only for you, and your self care, but also for your life in your community.

Step into your power

step into your power

Some self-care advice you don't realize until later in life. As the book says, "Be you, not perfect."

Good for all young people, but mainly aimed towards women, who often could use this kind of advice.

Thoughtful~ Powerful ~ Attractive ~ actionable

tl;dr: You are your best ally.

This short how-to book is about learning to be your best you. Each section is chocked full of activities and experiences to help you hone your personal power. The text is combined with quotes and great colorful illustrations. I loved the way this book was written. Super supportive, no preaching, actionable, enjoyable, accessible, and wonderful. Would make a great grad gift for high school and college students.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
