The worst book I've read in a while. Stopped at page 31. I just couldn't read any further. Thankfully, Through Goodreads, I found that I wasn't the only one that dnfed this book. There's a very good reason for that. The writing was so cringe and unrealistic. I hate when the fmc has no spine. It was like the writer was trying to shock me from the start with outrageous sentences made by the mmc.

The author is a good marketer though. She sold this book on Instagram but never reading anything from her again.

I picked this book because of one of the author's video on her social media. I must admit that one particularly scene in the video catches my eyes. I went into it blindly and had hoping it would be worth reading.

Beck Sinclair was a very grumpy billionaire. Margo was his brother's ex girlfriend. This man was obsessed. He even bought the building that Margo worked just because Margo was ignoring his call.

I really like Beck's character, while Margo was super plain. I wanted to dnf this book but the second half really save this book. It was fast paced which was okay but I want more. I wish it was a little slower.

Although the smut were good, I didn't felt the chemistry between them. Overall it was a okay book and I'm looking forward to rea more from the author.

Great for those who love:

This was a curl-up-and-enjoy a good few hours of a turning the pages. Exactly what I needed after some really heavy sh-t. Like going for a nice walk in the park to clear your head after a rough day. Taking deep breaths, smiling, saying hello to strangers in passing. Standing still at the end of the path, glad you took the walk, and already thinking about how much you want to do it again the next day.
