I enjoyed this summer read. It reminded me a lot of “Love and Other Words” with a similar past and present storyline. I loved the foundation of friends first and was rooting for Sam and Percy the entire book. The ending felt rushed and resolved quickly, but was an overall great read!

This book had me kicking my legs and giggling one moment and crying the next. I love Carley’s writing style and will absolutely read more after reading this book!
