This was a slow read. I was glad to find out that i was not the only person who felt this way. I think it’a slow because not only are there no chapters (which i missed, but i get why they weren’t there) or dialogue. Furthermore, the majority of the book is the unnamed protagonist telling us all the tasks she had to complete each day. I can see why some people struggle with it because it can become very monotonous and dare i say boring. This is definitely not something you can read in two days. I think it would have taken me weeks and weeks to finish if I had not been doing nothing else for the week i did read it.

Despite all this, i am really glad i read this book.

I don’t know what else to say about it.

It was very beautiful and quiet.
