Short and steamy and just a joy to read. I loved the whole feuding families setup, especially when it causes a member of each family to end up in jail & they then have to work together to plan a town Christmas party. Yes, it was over the top & super cheesy, but that was part of the fun. I thought Emma & Jackson had fantastic chemistry, even though they were completely childish at the start. It was fun seeing them realise that the other person might not be so bad.

Have you ever watched a hallmark movie and wished for more slice?
It was cute ! Definitely an enemy to lovers but definitely not a slow burn at all. Their romance develops quickly. It's a Hallmark movie with a bit of spice. I always love a good and easy going book.

3.5⭐️- I despise the trope where people have long standing generational beef with one another wtf is that grow up and actual like normal healthy functioning adults. Other than that, a super cute read.
