THIS!!! BOOK!!! the perfect amount of enemies to lovers and found family! maren's writing is amazing! can't wait to read more of her stuff!

Small town, enemies to lovers, banter, miscommunication (thumbs down), family feud and Christmas! It was a sweet, amusing read. Entertaining. I loved the chemistry between Emma and Jackson. It’s giving Hallmark movie but with smut lol

If you are in the mood for a cute spicy Christmas book. Look no farther I really enjoyed this short and festive book. Maren I hope you continue to do some more holiday books. Because we need more Hallmark but with the spice!

2.5!!

Gah such a sweet + sexy holiday romance! I absolutely adored these two so much, it was for sure giving me all the cute Christmas vibes I was looking for. We get some great enemies to lovers, small town tension and it was soooo yummy.

Read this after Mistletoe Bet and I liked it! I didn’t totally fall for the characters like I did the other books but listen…a man that is rough on the outside but mushy sentimental and also can build a house that is done well…yes please. I was rooting for them the whole time and wanted there to just be nothing but happy!

A festive feud unfolds in this enemies-to-lovers Christmas romance, complete with forced proximity, a shared bed, and a small-town setting. Emma and Jackson have to organise their annual Christmas parties on behalf of their families.

A mishap at the store lands them in jail, leading the mayor to mandate a joint Christmas party collaboration. As Emma and Jackson, who can't stand each other, work together, tensions rise, creating spicy situations in close quarters and shared sleeping arrangements.

This was super fun I love the way it resolved because it made total sense. Was the plot completely far fetched? Absolutely. But any book that includes a squirtle turtle scene gets at least a 3 stars in my books.

After reading The Mistletoe Bet, I immediately wanted to read this book and I’m so disappointed. The main characters were really fun to read, but the story around them sucked.

*massive spoilers ahead*

*don’t read ahead if you haven’t read the book*

Two rich families have hated each other for YEARS over something that could’ve been resolved over coffee. This was my nightmare and I knew it was going to end tragically. And it sucks because I really liked Emma and Jackson and how they pushed aside their hatred toward each other to make this Christmas party work. But the miscommunication takes over the entire book and I can’t bring myself to rate it any higher.

Just an all around perfect, cute, smutty Christmas romance. Jackson damn near had me kicking my feet and giggling the entire book.

Adorable and just a good fun time.
