This book was so boring, it had one singular good theme which was displaying how easy it is for the educated to manipulate the uneducated. And that's it. They could have demonstrated that within a few pages but instead I had to sit through over a hundred. I understand that it was meant to criticise the USSR etc, but it was just not for me.

It’s beyond astounding and terrifying just how prescient this novella is today as it was eighty years ago when it was first published. Time is a flat circle apparently. So depressingly accurate to the nature of governing authority.

Okay what. This is a book I feel like everyone needs to read in their lifetime, whether that's for school or for fun.

Boxer dying? The fact that everyone believed the most stupid of lies from Squealer? God.

The ending? With Napoleon completely removing the whole point and name of animal farm? Im sick.
