Felt slow due to the amount of history included and if Lizzie said ‘I don’t know’ one more time I might have screamed! However will always enjoy reading about the Yorks/Tudors and I love how accessible this book is to understand the history of the war of the roses.

The writing was good and the story was meticulously researched, but Henry was such a paranoid dickhead and the constant threats from "the boy" got pretty repetitive.
