I thought I would liked this more than I did. It was a good book though. Just felt a little dragged on. Did cry in the last 10% which is why it’s 4 stars and not 3. The back and forth kind of confused me a little bit. But nothing beats Say You Swear. Maybe i’ll like the next book more. Also the main characters weren’t my favorite plus chase still gets on my nerves.

Let me preface with, I was REALLY looking forward to this book. I loved say you swear and I may of overhyped this one in my head? I felt like it was just a tad bit drug out and like we were just reading the same things and not making any movement. However, I still enjoyed it. I loved Mason and Peyton together

I really enjoyed this one, its was quick, easy and found it really interesting. The characters were lovable and I enjoyed watching them grow and develop. I did have a worry that we were going to have something similar happen to the first book but thankfully it didn't go down that route. I do wish we got to see them as an 'official' couple a bit sooner than we did, cause it felt like it was just a bit done and dusted and we didn't get to enjoy them as a couple. Obviously they are 'together' within the book, but I wanted more of that 'official' relationship, if you know what I mean.

It took me a whole day to calm myself down enough to write this review. Say You Swear is my favorite book, but this one is right on its tail. I thought Noah Riley was book boyfriend perfection, and then I got to see more of Mason and I am not so sure anymore. I made the mistake of reading this book while waiting in lines at Disney World. I’m sure everyone thought I was insane with as much crying as I was doing. Mason was there for Payton every chance he could be after the boy she loved and the father of her baby was killed in a car crash. Payton had a lot of healing to do, and Mason was there for that too in whatever way she needed him. I loved everything about this book. Even the parts that ripped my heart up. #meaganbrandy #promisemenot #romance #romancebooks #booklover #reader
