So onto volume 3.

If you're expecting something other than what happened in the previous 2 installments, you're going to be disappointed. It's basically the same. Guy runs pharmacy in another world with girls simping for him. Mundane wackiness ensues.

Like usual, i had fun with it. It's a very nice refreshing series to read as you know for a fact nothing bad is going to happen. You know no one is going to die, you know there's going to be no violence. It's just a fun, short, enjoyable romp (i read the entire volume in a day)

The one thing that really confused me is the spelling error on the back of the book. they reference this character named "Bibi" on the back and i'm reading this whole book looking for 'bibi' and it isn't until about 3/4 through i realize they meant VIVI and they just spelled it wrong. please spellcheck Seven seas. ESPECIALLY your back of the book synopsis.

I still like pretty much all the characters even though Reiji is a bit of milk toast, he's fine and inoffensive. The reason i'm giving this one a 4.5 rounded down to a 4 instead of rounding up is because we're at the 4th volume and nothing's really changed. he's still in his pharmacy making random potions for random encounters. I would like to see a change even if just a slight one. like maybe he expands to a bigger building, travels to a different town, starts to date one of the girls. Something to shake up the formula a little bit. i know the title is "Slow life" but it doesn't have to be at a standstill.

Mina is a bit boring though and i'm worried he's going to get paired with her even though shes the most boring of the potential romances.

Still, i definitely enjoyed it for what it is and will absolutely read the next volume.

4.5 out of 5 rounded down to a 4.
